As an undergraduate at Hampton University, Rachel Sutton studied psychology and got a taste for hands-on research. Now, the Competitive Advantage alum is about to begin her pursuit of a PhD in human factors at Wichita State University. Sutton recently shared with us how her interest in human factors began and how Competitive Advantage helped solidify her decision to pursue in this complex field.
